Envision feeling understood, connected, and confident as you navigate life’s struggles. When familiar patterns keep showing up in your relationships, when old wounds resurface, or when life simply feels overwhelming, know that change is possible. I’m here to support you on that journey.

I am a Master’s level intern completing the Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling track at Geneva College, and I received my Bachelor's Degree in Marriage and Family studies. I am excited to work with teens, adults, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is integrative, evidence-based, and founded in family systems theory and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Whether your concerns relate to anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship difficulties, parenting, grief, or life transitions, I’m here to help. If faith is part of your story, I’m happy to include a spiritual or Christian perspective in our work together.

In our sessions, I will listen with compassion, help you find your inner strength, and offer practical strategies to help you heal and grow. I bring over twenty years of experience working with young people and families, including roles as an Intake Coordinator at Clarity Counseling, a middle school counseling intern, and a church youth group leader. I would love the opportunity to work with you!
