INSURANCE & FEES

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.

Please check your coverage by calling the number on your insurance card and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • What are they for office visits? Telehealth?

  • Do I have a deductible, and if so, how much has been met? If you have an individual and family deductible, which one needs to be met?

  • Do I have a copay, and if so, how much per office session? Telehealth session?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

Typically, sessions are held on a weekly basis, but the frequency is adjusted based on your needs.
