LAPC
Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
I am a compassionate, client centered Associate Professional Counselor. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Robert Morris University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clarion (PennWest) University. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with insight, resilience, and clarity. I take a holistic, often trauma focused approach to mental health, recognizing how daily rhythms such as sleep, movement, nutrition, and connection interact with emotional well-being.
I integrate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR (EMDRIA trained), Parts Work, and Solution Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to foster self awareness, build practical coping skills, and support meaningful, sustainable growth.
Both in and out of the therapy office, I am nature loving, sustainability minded, and empowerment focused. I truly enjoy helping people reconnect with the foundations of wellness while navigating the demands of the modern world.
