Welcome to the start of a new journey! I am here to be your guide to empowerment, clarity, and being the you, YOU want to be!

I am a master-level clinician working towards licensure and have been working within the mental health community for over 4 years. I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Towson University. I have extensive experience working with both adults and teens. I have also worked with clients who have experienced substance use, struggle with sexual disorders and dysregulation and have worked in the forensic community as well.

My approach to therapy includes being person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed as well as being collaborative with my clients as this is your story to tell! I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic theories, as well as Humanistic therapy. My experience also extends to working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic disorders, self-esteem-related issues as well as life transitions and sexuality. I am also LGBTQIA+-affirming. Client self-awareness of wanting to modify behaviors and feelings is also something I believe in working on with clients. I want each client to feel as though their goals will be achieved through the empowerment of all aspects of themselves and am so excited to help clients grow.

We are multifaceted beings who deserve to be heard and understood. I work to provide a safe space for my clients to be able to be themselves within a judgment-free zone and work towards being their best selves. I cannot wait to walk this journey with you!
