Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.
Please check your coverage by calling the number on your insurance card and asking the following questions:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
What are they for office visits? Telehealth?
Do I have a deductible and if so, how much has been met? If you have an individual and family deductible, which one needs to be met?
Do I have a copay and if so, how much per office session? Telehealth session?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
Typically, sessions are held on a weekly basis -- but frequency is adjusted as the Counselor and individual Client decide together.
Out of pocket rates:
Rates vary by provider and service - but on average, the fee schedule for a 55-minute session is as follows:
Licensed Counselor: $100-$125
Master’s Level Counselor: $60
Pastoral Care: $50
