About Faith
I am a pre-licensed clinician with over 2 years of experience in family based therapy and 10 years of experience in the community mental health setting. I received my graduate degree from Geneva College in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing training for the CCAT (Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist).
I approach counseling holistically from a trauma-informed perspective while utilizing evidenced-based techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Structural Family Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. I work with all ages and backgrounds including with families. My approach is personalized for each individual and/or family and their specific needs. My goal is to help the individual and/or family attain their goals by working collaboratively.
I treat a variety of struggles including ADHD, anxiety, depression, family and relational conflicts, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, and trauma. I offer an environment that is genuine, nonjudgmental, and empowering.
